Partnership with Glocal at Skill Week
OCU Academy joined Skill Week as a workshop partner, alongside Glocal Private Limited, on the event's science and technology track.
Skill Week is Glocal's skills programme for school students, run under #skills2grow4life across four tracks: entrepreneurship, art and culture, tourism and hospitality, and science and technology. OCU Academy took part as one of its workshop partners, on the science and technology side.
The partnership puts cloud and modern engineering practice in front of students at the stage where they are still choosing a direction, rather than after they have already committed to one. That is earlier than most of the engagement record: the campus sessions elsewhere on this page meet students who are already on an engineering programme, whereas Skill Week reaches them while the choice is open.
For OCU Academy it also widens the relationship with Glocal beyond a single session into a standing one, a programme that runs again with the same partners rather than a date in a log.
